Its crazy Samsung cant organize a rollout for both regions US and Europe same time I mean they have different teams in each so cant be that difficult. But then again its Samsung and OS updates as usual.

They haven't been releasing it everywhere in Europe either. Seems like they do state by state here too

Latest in the month I have waited for a security update too. ( my average for both the note 8 and 9 has been monthly on the the 17th)

That's because when they roll out pie you'll have the latest security patch with it.

I have an SM-N960F (Samsung Galaxy Note 9).
I just got the update for One Ui, Android 9.0 Pie.
This is the public release.
I live in Southeast Asia, it could be released throughout Southeast Asia with SM-N960F.
