one UI update that's never mentioned

I've watched quite a few videos the pie upgrade with one UI. A lot of them will say "pull down the notification shade click on settings etc."

What none of the videos, at least the ones I watched , mention are pull the shade down twice and the settings icon is quite a bit lower ,easy to reach with your thumb instead of being up in the corner.

Probably not many people noticed it because, until Pie, it was only at the top. But in stock Android (what Google puts into the Pixel), it's only at the bottom on the second pulldown.
