I would guess that it has to do with how those 3rd party apps are reading the system info. It looks like Samsung isn't going to call it 3.5 in the first place, but rather 3.1.1: https://www.sammobile.com/news/samsung-one-ui-3-5-may-not-exist

That's what I Was thinking ,after I had looked at that article.

Yeah that app is wrong , Samsung went 3.1 to 4.0 in Andriod 12
