Is there a way to connect or pair smart watch to a phone and tablet?

Can't speak for the others, but at least on Android Wear you can't. It even goes one step further and to even change the device you have it linked to you need to reset your watch completely (equivalent of a phone factory reset). :(

As mentioned above, not going to happen with the stock software. However, I think there may be a third-party software that may do this. I believe Augmented SmartWatch has an option to get notifications from one smartwatch to multiple devices.

Might be worth a look.

Don't really understand what app does haha so confusing! But I think what it lets you do is send notifications to different watches, whereas the OP wants to use two devices onto one watch.

Hrmmm.... Yea, it depends on what exactly your trying to do. The OP mentions pairing one watch on two devices, but to what end? Need to more input from the OP I think.

There are a variety of apps that allow sending of notifications, like Notify My Android and push bullet. Just depends on what end goal your specifically trying to achieve. :)

I can see why you'd like two devices pushing notifications to your one watch!!! A VERY common scenario right now is to have a phone AND a tablet. I'd love to be able to control my tablet's music while still receiving my phone's notifications, for instance. Or what if you have two phones (personal and work are a common scenario)? You only have one watch, and currently, only one paired device to receive notifications from.
