I can't get OneNote to run on my Pixel phone. It will start up and then say "getting things organized" and then crash. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted...I've also cleared the data and cache. it won't launch.

I think it may be a Android 7.1 thing but not sure...I checked with other Pixel owners and they don't have the same problem.

Anyone else having the problem? I need this fixed...I thrive off OneNote.

OneNote is hit or miss on iOS as well...its a microsoft software product so I expect issues lol...you should try Google Keep

It runs just fine on my Pixel. (Onenote update date of Oct. 6 2016) I use both Keep and Onenote for different reasons.

Yes - I'm actually having the EXACT same problem. Google Pixel, Android 7.1. Error message is:

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. Error: 0xE0001068"

I reported this to Microsoft mobile OneNote, but it took a full day to get an initial response and all that was in the reply was an additional request for my phone/Android version so nothing meaningful so far. I also use OneNote across platforms. Google Keep isn't an option because it's not robust enough for what I'm doing. I hope this gets resolved soon.

Had issue on Pixel 2, I had to download Onenote app to my desktop and log in with PIN number, that fixed my issue on the Pixel. Hope it helps. Logging inot the "on-line" version of Onenote did not help.
