My wife and I use OneNote on our Android phones because it's an easy way to keep notes that are instantly accessible on our Win10 desktop at home. We use it for all sorts of things like shopping lists, notes, ongoing projects, etc. Sit at the desktop and keep working on that note you were writing on your phone. Simple.
The problem we have is that for some reason, my wife's account constantly has problems syncing notes (saying that there are two versions, edits that are older, etc) or that notes open onto a blank screen. Completely closing the app or deleting the cache usually fixes things. The reason we don't go into another note app is because it's simply too darned easy to sit at the desktop (our major computer device) and continue work.
Can anyone think of what is happening here? The only thing worth mentioning is that I share some of my OneNote folders with her account, but the ones she has problems with are exclusively on her account. And also that she had the region changed to France when we were living there a few years ago so some of the menus show up in French.
Thanks for any help, Microsoft has been absolutely useless for any guidance.
