Just installed it here. Used a VPN to Germany and got it immediately! So far so good! No issues and it's buttery smooth!

VPN to Germany worked again for 3.2.1, small file, download, install and reboot in 3 minutes.

Just flashed the 3.2.1 update on TWRP. Everything working good. And I looked at the build.prop files and they did do an adjustment to the RAM so you can hold more apps in memory.

Camera is great after 3.2.1 update

I've noticed the camera both front and back are much better after the update. Stabilization and focus especially, this thing is a beast!

I'll be testing it today quite a bit with the new update. I did have issues with focusing and exposure a little bit in auto mode. Very minor, but still there. So it'll be interesting to see how it performs now!

I've been checking a couple times daily and this morning I've finally received the 3.2.1 OTA update here in the US (NJ, AT&T not sure if carrier matters). Downloading now.

Took a few shots yesterday. Mostly in great light, but like mentioned above, focus and stabilization seem much better. Less chance of a blurry, unfocused shot. Good to me.
