What state do you live in and what time did you place your order. I live in NJ and placed my order at 12:59pm just after page went live, and shipping says 27th delivery date, weekday delivery only. Bullcrap. ??????

S.C. Ordered at 2:59 on the 20th. Just got an update today and they have changed to the 27th and given me a $5.00 OnePlus credit.

Mine arrived to my city last night, though FedEx still has it scheduled for tomorrow. Since I switched to store pickup I hope someone drops it off today so I can pick it up.

Also, any clear cases out there? I usually get the spigen clear cases for my phones, but looks like they don't have a a OP5 version out yet.

Scares me that none of these Oneplus 5 shipments require signature. At least mine from fedex shows that it does not. Why would they ship something over $500 with no signature? Whos responsible if someone scoops it off my doorstep? They better be ready to refund me right away NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

I got my S8 without signature. Lots of my Amazon deliveries don't require signature either.

With amazon its understandable because of the volume of orders they ship. They also have a hassle free customer service in the event something happens. Oneplus is not like amazon and surely will give you the runaround before issuing a refund for a lost or stolen package.

Err..thats not a valid argument. For OnePlus, the orders they have received for their OnePlus 5 could be beyond what they as a company could handle/manage at a given time. Assuming its easier for OnePlus is wrong. It totally depends on their capacity.

You are not understanding. Amazon ships probably a million packages a day, therefore putting signature on all of them would not be possible or efficient financially. Also Amazon has the means financially to take a loss here and there on a $500 product as where Oneplus, a relatively small company does not. You would think a company so small would protect their investment for a few more bucks and add sig on every phone shipped. I for one know, if my package were stolen, and Oneplus did not provide a refund immediately, would file a claim against them with my credit card company, as well as a BBB claim against them .
