OnePlus 5 Google Play Music won't start

Every time I try to start Google Play Music, it closes immediately. I've checked permissions and restarted. No help. Any ideas?

I resolved this by rolling back to the previous version of Google Music. That sorted it out.

Probably need to update Google Services and or clear cache and data of Google Services AND Google Play, good luck.

Not a OnePlus issue. it's a problem with a recent update to Music.

Yeah new version of Play Music has that issue. Was driving me insane at the gym this morning.
