Oneplus 6 or S9+?

Both phones are great options. I think it comes down to price and to operating systems (in my opinion, anyway): OP is more inexpensive and is close to stock Android with quicker updates; whereas the S9+ is more expensive and has a note cluttered OS; but has a few more bells and whistles than the OP.

i have both the OP6 and S9P...honestly S9P is better.yeah yeah i know flagship killer bla bla.the only thing the OP6 has which S9P doesnt is double tap to wake.other than that the S9P wins overall.

It has double tap to wake feature. Double tap the box in the lower middle part of the screen when in screen saver mode.

And a headphone jack, stereo speakers. S9plus is a vastly superior phone imho.

Also keep in mind Samsung repair centers are local for right now ubreakifix handles Samsung issues.

Samsung is the safer bet but I cannot lie in tired of my s8. It's too tiny.

But I don't wanna risk anything non Samsung or apple incase repairs.

The one plus looks nice and wanna try it out but to be safe I'd get a Samsung.

You are mistaken if you think the OP6 does not have a headphone jack. The 6T removed it.

I always felt like Samsung devices were the everything but the kitchen sink approach. It's nice having everything... But at some point it all gets in the way of itself.

That's why everybody always complains about their software. There's too much all at once and even Samsung can't organize it that well. To me, that's not a benefit or reason to own it over a 6T

Sorry for the late reply.just got back.double tap to wake works anywhere on screen.not some specified area.but now i sold my OP6 and OP6T and got a ROG Phone.i use the swipe to wake.never fails.
