oneplus 6t after unlocking the pin the screen goes black but still works

I bought the phone used a couple months ago and there was an app called magisk that I found out later that its a rooting app and right now as soon as I unlock my pin the screen goes black but everything still works
I mean everything within the lock screen works but when I unlock it, it all goes black

Someone tried rooting the device, but can u get to recovery mode to select factory reset?
