We were concerned when OnePlus told us that the Watch 3 would only get two years of support. Now it seems to have been a misunderstanding.

It means Oneplus Watch 3, released later than Galaxy Watch 7 will stop at Wear OS 7 whilst my Galaxy Watch 6 will get upto Wear OS 8 under Samsung's 4 years software update policy (assuming a Wear OS major update is released each year? Either case, there isn't much significant difference b/w Wear OS major versions. I barely noticed anything much b/w Wear OS 4 and 5 except for some cosmetic UI changes. The couple of apps I do use remain utterly optimized eitherways.
