Okay, I'm not easily deterred. More stuff...
I made flax, chai, sunflower and pumpkin seed crackers. Soak flax and chia in water for about 20 minutes, add the others. Add a bit of salt and other seasonings, if wanted. Spread very thin. Bake and bake and bake.
