Online ICS tutorial?

I was interested in getting some sort of lowdown in what's new with ICS seeing has how I got a GN last week. I was just getting used to GB too. I see these ads on TV with the people running around getting into circles and stuff. Thanks to whomever posts back with info.

Well the circles are a feature of Google+, so it's not really an ICS feature. If that's something you want look into Google+, otherwise if you go to Google.com it explains the features of 4.0 pretty well
