Only one earphone works

I have a galaxy s5 active and every time I try to use apple earphones only one works I tried other earphones both works fine but only apple earphones only one works I have no clue why because I looked it up and they should work fine

Have you tried with more than one pair of the Apples?

I use those phones myself on Apple and non-Apple devices and they work fine. It must be something to do with your S5. Try posting in the S5 forum....other users in there may be able to advise.
