Only one phone number shows in Sim Status

Settings>System>About phone>Status>Sim status

I have a Xiaomi Mi A1 with 2 simcards inserted. Only one phone number shows in Sim status. The other shows unknown
How can I get the other phone number to show too?

Have you tried switching the active SIM to SIM2? Does that show the number for SIM2?

If not, try using SIM Tool Manager to add your number to the card.
