ONLY receiving email over WiFi...?

Quick Question...

Stats:
- Verizon Galaxy Note 2
- Beans 11 ROM
- Apps installed from the ground up..

I just update my phone to Beans 11, set everything up and all is peachy...
Went out today and noticed I cant send/receive emails via the mobile data network 3g or 4LTE, nor can I access the internet. Over WiFi everything is working fine.
- Yes, Mobile data is enabled
- Yes, the network mode is CDMA/LTE/EVDO
- I tried Power off/on... still nothing

Thoughts...?

One update that I forgot to mention... upon a reboot of the phone I received "The process.com/android.phone has stopped"....

Again, any help would be much appreciated... Thank you...

Called Verizion to check the status of the data network and they told me that it appears as though an aftermarket ROM was attempted to be installed... and it expired the SIM card... Could this be possible, or is there just a setting that I'm missing. They wont replace the SIM card without the phone they told me...and of course I have the Jelly Bean ROM boot up...

Thoughts...?
