only vibrates when i get call and...

It says mute at bottom of screen. Text message only vibrated also. All ny setting are normal and should ring!! Do I have a bad phone now?

Have you tried restarting it? Hold the power button until the menu comes up and choose restart. I had a problem with the phone answering on speaker and that fixed it.

i tried.. even shut down all the way and even tried with battery out
