In the wake of everything surrounding the Samsung Note 7, I'd like to posit that history has been filled with things that have blown up, sizzled, and flopped, and companies have gone on despite the failure. Without failure there can be no success. Now is the time to learn how not to make the same mistake.

No I'm not a Samsung fanboy, I love new tech, and with new tech come problems.

Thomas Edison: I have not failed; I have found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Very well put! Life will go on, the sun will come up, and you will still be able to keep up on news, play games, and communicate with friends and family on whatever device you exchange your Note 7 for.

Really liked this phone. Oh well. Going to try and wipe today and take it back to Best Buy and see how that goes.

Agree! Onward and upward! And with that I am off. I'm sure I'll see many of you guys and gals around when the N8 comes out. Until then be well....So long and thanks for all the fish! :)

I'm not sure I've ever seen folks on this site become so enamored with a phone so quickly. Especially after all that negativity initially after the launch.

Well put. I'm off to use my backup until the N8 comes out.

Because no other phone has ever been this good! That said, I'm keeping mine a little longer.
