I just received my OP3 and put it in a Spigen Rugged Armor case (slim-fit). The case is not as grippy as I like, but unless I find something better, it will do. I plan to carry this on my belt in a vertical holster (with rotating belt clip). I have a Turtleback holster coming and will report on how it works out.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Belt Case, Vertical Note 7 Holster, Rotating Belt Clip, Black Leather Pouch, Heavy Duty Fits with Slim Case - Turtleback Case

I chose the Note 7 holster as the Note 7 seems closest to the physical dimensions of the OP3:

OP3: 6.01 x 2.94 x 0.29 inches
Note7: 6.04 x 2.91 x 0.31 inches

I received the holster today and put the encased OP3 in it. It is a snug fit. But I think as the leather breaks in, it will become easier to slide in and out. It fits the OP3 with the Spigen Rugged Armor case just right. The length is perfect. I'd wish for just a hair more width and thickness to make it easier to remove the encased phone. But again, I think it will become less snug with some usage.

Update, as expected, the snugness of the encased OP3 in the Turtleback holster is already noticeably better than my initial impression after just 24 hours of occasional use. I have no issues removing or inserting the encased OP3 in this holster. It's still snug, but not objectionably so for me.

The magnets on the cover flap are very secure too. I think this holster is just what I was looking for to carry my OP3 on my belt.
