Open a jpg.hqx file?

I found an old jpg.hqx file attached in my email from Christmas 2004. Is there a way to open it in my Android phone? It was created in a Mac way back when

All I could find was how to convert it with a PC. That needs 7Zip to convert it. I'm not sure if there is an equivalent type of app on Android.

Just search 7Zip in the Play Store. There are several.

But they are to unzip zipped files not hqx files

Golfdriver97 is correct. A PC and 7Zip are needed. It can't be done using a phone.
