Open In New Window Option

When using the Android internet app and clicking on a link in a web page, how do you change the "Open In New Window" option so that it will open behind the open window instead of opening over the open window?

All the other browsers do the same. I don't recall any way to change that.
I'll look into it later when I get home.

My S3 had an internet advance setting for Open New Windows Behind Current Window.
