Open Program With...

When you click on something and it says "Open with" and then you can click set as default... I clicked the wrong program.. How do I reset that?

Go to Manage Applications, Force Stop, Clear that program you don't want as default start

manage the application that you have made the default. It should have a section called launch by default. click on remove default, and your done. see the screenshots

You don't have to force stop the app. Clearing the defaults will accomplish what the OP wants. Force stopping will just clear it out of the memory, which android will do automatically when it needs the memory.
