Opening Text Messages REALLY SLOW SLUGGISH

Just everything overall. Its just too big and too much when i'm just trying to send text messages. Way too many options that are unnecessary and just confuses and takes away from the overall appeal. It's really not necessary for my life and i don't want or care about gay little colorful conversation bubbles like the iphone

i've been in months where i do 20,000+ texts a month so i'm definitely a heavy texter. For me there's really no reason to download a whole separate app for something that the phone does perfectly fine. I also don't need to log 500+ text conversations. if you have a problem with speed I don't see what the problem with purging your log. I honestly think the concept of "speed" is all in the mind of the user and apps act as a placebo.

I've been using ChompSMS and love it! My stock messaging app takes 5 or so seconds to load the conversation.

purge=delete

i just delete the thread around 100 and keep the train moving and yeah i havent had a problem
