Opera Mobile 11

Does anyone use opera mobile 11. I am having a problem whenever I load a page that I know has a mobiile site it doesn't load the mobile site. Loads full site. But other site load the mobile site. Does anyone know what is going on or has the same problem.

If you go into settings you will see an option "Mobile View". That has an on/off button. This controls whether you get the mobile view by default or not.

Is that with version 11? I just checked and that option wasn't there.
