I have an Oppo R7 with a 16gb internal storage and a 32gb microSD card.
I have had problems with the internal storage becoming too crowded. When I access Battery and Storage in Settings and then click on Internal Storage I see that a whopping 5.84gb allocated to ColorOS and 5.32gb to "Others". There is no indication as to what files are contained in "Others".
If I look at internal storage in the File app there is no reference to either ColorOS or "Others".
I would appreciate your advice as to what "Others" is as it takes up such a large part of my internal storage.
