optical reader apk

Does anyone have the apk for the optical reader app. I have a Verizon gs4 and it did not come on the Verizon version. Want to try it out.

That sucks. The Optical reader on my ATT S4 works great. I know it is not what you are looking for but have you tried Google Goggles? I'd love to hear Verizon's reason for removing the reader from their phone.

I do use glasses but wanted to see the difference. I don't know why vzw removed a bunch of Samsung apps from the phone.
