Optimize now missing

When I go into the settings> device maintenance> there is no option to optimize the memory. I have even tried to have Bixby "Optimize Now" & all that happens is I am taken to the device maintenance in the settings. So far the only thing I have modified on my Note 8 is I am using nova launcher. The screen shot below is where I am understanding that option for optimizing your device memory should be.

I was playing with Bixby and it misunderstood me and optimized my Note 8

It does. Verizon disabled most of DM on the S8's, it looks like they did the same on the Note 8. Look for Samsung+ in your app drawer of go to Galaxy Apps and find it in the store. Works very well.

This is weird I just asked Bixby "Optimize now" and she replied "Ok I optimized it" then it left me here. I guess it works but just a little different, I can live with this.
