Optimus G Pro: New to this phone help :D !!!!

Hi guys, i just bought this phone and it lucks awsome but when i put him on charger i can't open screen, i cant answer calls and anything else, when i unpug him it's ok but when i put him back same thing, is there any option to disable this plzz help tnx!!!

Welcome to the forums. I can't answer that myself, but I can get someone who can. For a guess, I would say you have a faulty unit, and take it back into your carrier.

I've had a Optimus G Pro for some time and haven't run into that. Are you using the original charger?
