Optimus T root

Hi,
I am a new member of this forum and I am on my way to "rooting" my phone.
I finished the first step By running the Z4root app. Now onto recover, backup and rom...

Now when trying to download "recovery-RA-GNM-OPT-T-test.img.zip" I get a "403 access forbidden!"

Help!

The phone he is refering to its a Optimus T i got one and i got the same problem as him, i cant download the archive called recovery-RA-GNM-OPT-T-test.img.zip, so please could someone give us a hand? I really will apreciated that! Thanx!
