Orange Box on bottom screen?

[AC Question]

My screen seems to be a little orange. When I look at the bottom of it, it has a barely visible Orangish box with a circle in it. To the left, is a search thing. I can't take screenshots of it but I see it when ever I am in apps. PLEASE HELP ME D: AM I HACKED?

If the item doesn't show on screenshots it's an anomaly at the hardware level and nothing that is tried on the software side will fix it.
