I purchased this phone last night with an invite. The phone is for my son who has decided to leave the iPhone. He plays games pretty heavy and we decided if we could get it this would be the best choice. The Quad HD displays don’t really look so much better than 1080p and they are battery hogs. So we decided no Nexus 6.
This phone’s screen with the battery seems to be a great fit for him. Hell he liked my Moto X 2013 for games and battery life so he should love this.

Now I am just hoping it comes in before we leave for Thanksgiving.

How long before they told you it shipped?

Ordered Monday around 12:45pm. Got the shipping email Tuesday at 6:08pm. Said it was to be delivered Thursday but I had a notice in my mailbox today saying they attempted delivery today (Wednesday) at 4:23pm. A day early. Ugh! Talk about first world problems...

Looks like mine shipped today through USPS Priority Mail 2 day. Since there is a signature required and I wont be home I will have to pick it up Monday from the post office. Unless...wait...I might be feeling a little sick.

Picked mine up this morning. It's pretty nice. I'm coming from an Xperia Z2 that I've gone back to a million times because it's been the best phone I've ever had. Gotta give the OPO about a week to really see how good it is, but so far I like it.
