Orderd My x online the 15th @3am still not shipped

Any one else order this early and not get a shipping conformation?
I have called Verizon they can not tell me anything about why it has not shipped.

I did receive my order conformation receipt right after placing my order but no shipping conformation.

i ordered mine at 12:45 am on the 15th

i dunno if it's cause i'm an employee, but i got mine the next day...

weird thing is, my buddy i work with ordered his at 6am, and got his next day, but another guy i work with ordered it at 1am, and it got stuck

Many people have told us that there was some glitch in orders made around 2-3 AM on the 15th. I think those people were told that their phones would be delivered before the 23rd.

I ordered at 6:58 am EDT on 6/15. My current order status says they have received the order and it will ship based upon availability.

I checked my account on vzw.com and if you actually go to your account documents, you can view your receipts. My receipt shows a purchase time of almost 7 PM which is 12 hours later.

This is as much as I know. I have NOT called VZW to raise a stink despite being incredibly disappointed. Perhaps I will (and should).

Ordered mine around 1:00 am on the 15th and got it the next day (and I'm NOT a vzw employee).

EDIT: Don't know if it makes a difference or not but I used my annual upgrade when I ordered mine instead of paying full retail.

Your order must have been one of those caught up in the glitch in the wee morning hours on the 15th. I'd call them, as I'd have thought you would have received a shipping email by now.

5,000 or so of us were pushed to the back of the line. Our orders got jammed in the system and were not manually added to be processed until after 6pm when all other orders had already gone out the door. Don't hold your breath for the 23rd ship date. It's already showing the 27th on the site.

Ordered mine around 6:30am on the 15th. Still sitting at my Local FedEx Sorting Facility. Been that way since the 16th! Says delivery is going to be the 19th before 7:00pm.

I'm in the same boat...ordered around 6:50am and still no shipping date. When I called this past Friday they said they had an issue with their automation system and MANY who ordered in the early morning hours didn't get their order processed till late. In my case mine was only done at 11:40pm...kind of PO'ed but I guess itll be more in line with shipment of my wife's Incredible...haha.

I ordered mine on Friday (7/16) afternoon and selected the free 2-day FedEx. The Verizon website said it was backordered till 7/27. I went ahead and purchased anyway. Three hours after I ordered it I checked the order status just for kicks. Much to my surprise the Verizon website said that the order had already shipped and provided me with a tracking number. I checked FedEx and confirmed that the shipment is scheduled for delivery on Tuesday (7/20). Needless to say I am excited to get the phone early.

I ordered mine on the 15th @ 10AM est with a live sales person at Verizon, and as per the tracking number from the FEDEX website, it will arrive at my door step on Monday the 19th.

Same here....ordered noon on Friday at a Verizon store and got the shipping notification a few hours ago. Seems like alot are getting notified today from what I've read on the various forums.

My girl ordered 11pm on the 16th. She paid full retail. I'm gonna be PISSED if she gets her phone before me.

Yup. Just checked and it says 6:30pm. Even though I ordered at 7:07am.

I got notification mine shipped this afternoon and will be here on Tuesday.
