Ordering Direct from Samsung - feedback requested

Hi all,

I always order phones through ATT.

How has people's experience been ordering direct from Samsung?

Do the phones arrive the same time let's say ATT phones are typically delivered if preordered?

Have there been issues with Samsung customer service ?

In the past, people have sometimes received their device a couple days after they showed up in the stores. As for customer service - horrible. I have purchased from Samsung Direct a few times for various reasons. When it all goes right, it's a nice option. When something goes wrong - you will need all the patience and luck you can get.
