If I order from the website and have a problem within the one year warranty (manufacturer?) can the phone be taken to a sprint store for repair or replacement?

Are there any cons to ordering from the Sprint website? We are buying two phones; one with an upgrade and one off contract. Our plan needs to be changed as well.

Thanks.

Yeah you can take it to the store. Even return it to the store if you don't want it (within 30 days). Only con would be having to wait one day (or two if ordering late in the day) to get your phone. Free shipping, free activation, no restocking fee. The sprint stores around me charge a $35 restocking fee even if you want to do an exchange. You can change your plan online or over the phone.

1. Yes, it will be treated as if you purchased from the Sprint store.

2. No, you can do all that from online store if you have any issue take it to any Sprint store. I use to buy all my phones online without issue...there are benefits by doing that way and shipping is two days.
