Ordering nexus 4 white 16 GB and get 8GB ones

Just got my nexus 4 white but only get the 8 GB not the 16 GB and the google representative said its their first trouble like this. and they offer no resolve. anyone ever have something like this before? and how to resolve it? Thanks in advance

I saw a similar post to this before, they just got it replaced.

What did you pay for? If you paid for the 8 and wanted the 16 then return. Show them a transaction confirmation with the 16 and let them know you received and were charged for the wrong device. They should work with you.
