[Oreo] Looking for Status Bar Pull down menu settings value

I am trying to identify the system/global or secure settings value for the StatusBar's pull down menu when expanded or collapsed. I am having a hard time identifying where this value is defined in Android 8.1.0

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
