Oreo Update available. Anyone get it yet?

I got the update yesterday. Central Texas.
I use Nova and Textra for messaging and it is hit or miss on whether I get a notification badge. I'm not missing notifications, just the numerical count badge sometimes.
Also my text tones have randomly been going away. Restart the phone and they are back.
The update might not be playing nice with Textra.
I sure hope the bluetooth\music situation is better. Haven't tested that much yet.....

I'm seeing the same thing with Textra. I get the notification dot on the icon, but not the message count anymore. Did you find a fix for this?

No I have not. I don't get a count badge on Facebook either.

So I have recently bought the Mate 9 in the Middle East... MHA-L92C185B188.

I got an update a few days ago but it wasn't the Oreo update, but did include the security patch from November. Any suggestions on when I might see the big Oreo update?

It could just be me but my Mate 9 seems snappier after the update. Anyone else experiencing that? Really refreshing for a tertiary device.

Definitely noticed my device being alot snappier. On top of that my battery life (which was already good) is consistently better since the update.
