Hello,
I just got the upgrade to 4.2 and my orientation lock toggle shortcut and settings shortcut are missing from the pull down bar. I tried everything, my auto-rotation is enabled, but no luck. Anybody experienced the same issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So you're definitely swiping down from the upper right of the screen, rather then upper left?

You're right. I was not aware about this change. You saved me a lot of aggravation. Thanks a lot. By the way is there a list of changes introduced with 4.2? I would like to read it before asking all the time. Thanks again

Here's an article that discusses 4.2 features, although there are many others out there:

Android 4.2, Jelly Bean: The complete FAQ | Computerworld Blogs

By the way, every article I'm reading now says to swipe down with 2 fingers to get quick settings. Funny, because I can get them simply by swiping down with one finger on the right side of the screen, as I mentioned before.

Supposedly only tablets support the right side swipe, so phones must use the 2 finger swipe. Anyone out there with a Nexus 4? ;)
