Orientation - not lock, but adjust settings?

Is there a way to change the sensitivity of the orientation switch? I don't want to lock orientation, but i'd like my phone to be less apt to switch. It annoys me that if I don't hold it straight upright, it decides I want to switch to landscape. 90% of the time I just want portrait, but i stll want it to go landscape when I turn it fully.

I didn't see any settings in the menu for this, and the apps I looked at seemed to just want to lock orientation. Thanks!

Yea, in all my menu travels, I have never seen anything that does this. It'd be nice if phones had accelerometers in them like the Wii Remote and you had to like, shake it or something to make it switch, that'd be kinda cool.
