Original Factory CAD 3D pics of the Nexus 5X.

I really do like this phone's look. Hope it has something to give it the edge over the Pure and it's price point.

Bezels look better in this than in some other leaks. I really think Google is going all budget phone on this one though. I'm predicting 299/349 for 16/32.

At this point, I think you could be right. $299/$349. Maybe $349/$399. the lack of a 64GB option, kills this phone for me. :-(

Judging by Artem's hints at pricing, it's probably going to be $399/449 for the 5x. 349/399 best case scenario, but I doubt it.

I think that's what his sources are informing regardless of the specs.

http://www.androidauthority.com/lg-nexus-5x-release-price-leak-639306/

^ AA's source was correct about:
- September 29th release date
- Nexus 5X name
- light blue variant (although it looks green to me, but AP's source also says light blue)

and towards the end of the report we got the pricing:
Perhaps the most important detail we gleaned from our source is the price of the Nexus 5X: the device will be affordable, but not as affordable as the original Nexus 5. The Nexus 5X will cost $50 more than the Nexus 5, according to our source. That means we can expect a starting point of $399 for the 16GB model and $449 for the 32GB model, assuming Google has decided to stick with 16GB for the base version.

Exclusive: LG Nexus 5X coming September 29 for around $400

at those prices, I would walk, nay RUN, right out and buy a Moto X Pure instead of the 5X.

Totally agree with the above. These specs are only a modest upgrade to the 2013 N5 which sold for $349. N5X should start at no more than $349 for 16 GB. Since the latest leaks (from sources that have been 100% correct before) peg the N5X at $399, I already jumped on the Moto XPE. First time with a non-Nexus phone since the Galaxy Nexus.

Not in direct competition for some people due to the size difference between them.

$349 is the right price in my mind. $399 starting point would not be great for sales. $299 and they would not be able to keep any in stock.

If it were $299 I think I'd probably get one. I don't think I could resist that amount of temptation.

I'm willing to pay $449 for a 32GB w/ 3GB RAM

It's not a steal, but it's also not a rip-off.

I think the 16GB will only have 2GB RAM and start $399

I do hope thats the case. At least having 3gb an option. Id probably sell my g4 for it.

I'm going to see what Tuesday has in store with the 5X before making a decision between it and the Moto X Style. Which still is up for pre orer here in the UK.
