But unfortunately this accessory isn't available in my country and I believe from seeing pictures outside of the Google Play Store that's it exactly the same cable as included with the Nexus 4. I remember it being longer for one. My original cable has been damaged which is the reason why I'm looking for a new replacement cable.

Once again thank you for thinking with me. I too have not found one yet either.

Any quality micro USB cable will work fine, you don't need an "original" one... I use ones from Mediatek most of the time, but also the ones that come with Samsungs, Pantechs, HTCs, or pretty much any device that uses microUSB. Just pick a reliable seller in your area and get a generic one, or an OEM one for another device.

I don't see why you want a factory replacement. Any micro usb 2.0 cable will work fine.
