One day Apple will realize that them alienating customers due to douchebaggery costs more than they will ever gain in patent lawsuits.

Also, if Apple didn't file for the patent before Android had its first slide to unlock, they have no legal ground, I don't think.

They can't sue for something already in place prior to filing.
