OTA fix...phone won't boot

I just got phone, did the OTA update and on the install and reboot...the Sprint 4G screen keeps cycling...any ideas?

FIXED - apparently hung on the update...had to do a hard reset. Wipes all data...done by holding down volume and power button...gets you device option screen.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried holding down the power button with the volume button. The phone reboots but goes back into the same cycle. Any ideas?

Sounds like I'll be avoiding OTA updates on the day they're released. If anybody is familiar with the 3.1.3 debacle on the iPhone side of things, you'll know why it's always good to let the dust settle before pouncing on software updates.

Not heckling, I do hope you get rebooted. But at least you'll be able to exchange the phone for a new one if it's borked.

turn the phone off, hold down the volume button and press power (don't know if its vol- down, vol- up).
