OTA Question w/ root

Hey Guys,

Just got my nexus today after trying out the rezound (got bored with that fast) and this might be stupid/simple question but... If we root the nexus will we get the OTA updates without problems or do i need to unroot and relock and all that. Ive done it with all my others phones but wasnt sure with the nexus since this is my first google nexus phone and wanted to know if its different.

Or does that Wug's Galaxy Automated program just take car of that with installing new OTA updates?

If you're on a STOCK rooted rom; meaning all you did was root your stock phone and left it there (unlocked, obviously), you will still receive updates. Once you deviate from stock--with a custom rom, whatever, you won't be able to "take" updates.

You will lose root if you take the OTA update, but you can install root keeper. That will supposedly let you reroot with ease after the update.
