I am still having issues with Keis. Any idea when ICS will be available to AT&T customers via OTA?

it wont. But there are alot of people having issues with kies and multiple threads. In any event you need to be a lot more specific than "still having issues".

you know, what puzzles me most about this whole ICS ?update situation is that how an average consumer supposed to know that he/she has an update available for the phone? I didnt even get any sms notifications. Not everyone reads tech blogs and forums, they may be stuck on GB and now even knowing there is an update for the phone... ?Not even mention the fact that people have problems with stupid Kies and I personally have a serious GPS issue with this update on both Skyrocket devices. ?This is a piss poor customer service right here, I got so mad yesterday that I even started thinking about an iphone for my next phone (never thought I'd come to that) ?I mean I'm an IT tech and tinkering with gadgets is no problem for me but it gets really tiring and sometimes you just wish you'd have a tool that works right out of the box. tired of this tinkering crap.?

With the Galaxy SII the 'tech crowd' saw the update in Kies and then it spread in forums. They sent out mass texts to users with the GSII (I know three people who got this text) about 3 - 5 days later informing them of an update.

I would assume they will blast the general population after we hammer the update servers. 8)
