OTA updates with unlocked bootloader and S-OFF?

Hi,

I was previously on a custom ROM (4.4.2 with Sense 6 HTC One M7) and just yesterday got back to Stock successfully. However, do I need to lock the bootloader and get the S-OFF to S-ON to receive OTA (I am in India and the phone was purchased here)?

The status right now is:
Bootloader: unlocked
S-OFF

I got the updates after switching to stock till 4.2.2, but it stopped there.

No, you don't have to go back to S-ON, however I believe you'd need to relock the bootloader in order to be able to perform OTA updates.

Hi,

Yes, I had to finally root the phone again, lock the bootloader (left the S as S-OFF) and then got back on stock RUU. And it worked!

Finally on 4.4.2 with Sense 6

How i can lock the bootloader ?

I have the same problem, HTC one M7 with 4.4.2. android, but only Sense 5.5, update does not come.

Can you show me by the steps what i have to do ?

I see that already, but i still don't have update coming up.
Do you have any ideas why ?
