Otacerts.zip for Kindle Fire HD 7" 2nd Generation.

I wanted to disable OTA updates. I was stupid and deleted the Otacerts.zip file instead of renaming it. I want to restore that file so I can update my Kindle Fire from recent issues that's been occurring. My System Version is 7.2.3_user_2330720

Can someone please send me a copy of their Otacerts.zip?
