Otter Box Defender Help!

I had bought the defender to protect my Razr, but all it is doing is producing white stuff that I cannot remove! My phone has no screen protector on it I am only using the Otter Box's built in screen protector. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to take the case off and clean the inside of glass with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner. Dust and stuff like that eill build up under the case's glass.

Take off case, install screen protector that is puncture proof or tear proof, remove plastic screen protector that coes with case. I see a lot of people doing this.
