otterbox comuter case question?

I love my case, the only problem is the thin piece of rubber just under the home keys keeps popping up. Anyone else having this issue.

i donot have the commuter case but i hv seen many ppl reporting the same issue...simple fix is just cut out the part that keeps popping out.

I just contacted otterbox, they set me a new case. They have great warranty and customer service.
